Firm Argues On Behalf Of Securities Plaintiffs Before Supreme Court

Today Kevin Russell argued on behalf of the Respondent in Slack Technologies, LLC v. Pirani, No. 22-200, before the United States Supreme Court, a case asking whether Sections 11 and 12(a)(2) of the Securities Act of 1933 require plaintiffs to plead and prove that the shares they bought pursuant to a registered offering are also registered shares.
