Today the firm filed the Brief of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and National Association for Public Defense as Amici Curiae in Support of Petitioner in Diaz-Rodriguez v. Garland, No. 22-863 (S. Ct.). Amici ask the Court to grant the petition to resolve whether state crimes of “child endangerment” are grounds for removal from this country.
