Firm Files Cert. Petition With Harvard Supreme Court Litigation Clinic

Today the firm filed a cert. petition with the Harvard Supreme Court Litigation Clinic and Earthrights International on behalf of victims of Columbian paramilitary groups. The petition asks the Supreme Court to resolve a circuit conflict over whether the statute of limitations for non-federal claims is tolled during the pendency of a federal class action under American Pipe & Construction Co. v. Utah, 414 U.S. 538 (1974).
